Mapping Expertise in Hereditary Cancer Care and Research in Belgium

 

Introduction:
You are invited to participate in a short survey (2 – 5 minutes) as part of the development of a Belgian Multidisciplinary Advisory Board (MAB) for Cancer Predisposition in Children, Adolescent and Young Adult (C-AYA). The aim is to identify professionals involved in the clinical care for and/or research concerning patients with hereditary cancers and cancer predisposition syndromes.

 

Purpose of the Survey:
The information collected will help build a national network of professionals and guide the development of collaborative case discussions, referrals, and knowledge exchange.

Data Privacy and Confidentiality:

  • This survey is voluntary.
  • Your responses will be treated confidentially and stored securely.
  • No personally identifiable information will be shared without your explicit consent.
  • Data will be used solely for the purposes of this initiative and in accordance with applicable data protection regulations (e.g. GDPR).
